Fresh Cafe has been open for one year and we have grown tremendously with the support of our community. We strive to promote local commerce, creativity, healthy lifestyles, live music and art. Seven months ago we opened up the back of the warehouse to host live music, art shows, and all kinds of special events. Unfortunately our structure can’t support the sound levels without disturbing our neighbors. We’ve been quoted up to $20,000 to soundproof. The sales of coffee, bagels, and our smiles are not enough! Juan Diaz – Talented computer graphics and web designer.

25 year old Juan Diaz a local here in Las Vegas, is my talented (and handsome) computer guy.  He was born in Columbia and moved to the United States when he was 16 years old.  He graduated this year, 2010, with a degree in Graphic Design at the International Academy of Design and Technology.

He also enjoys photography, a hobby he wishes to pursue professionally.
