Fresh Cafe has been open for one year and we have grown tremendously with the support of our community. We strive to promote local commerce, creativity, healthy lifestyles, live music and art. Seven months ago we opened up the back of the warehouse to host live music, art shows, and all kinds of special events. Unfortunately our structure can’t support the sound levels without disturbing our neighbors. We’ve been quoted up to $20,000 to soundproof. The sales of coffee, bagels, and our smiles are not enough!
